Editorial Complaints Policy
At Nightingale CBD, we strive to ensure that our editorial content is accurate, unbiased, and based on reliable sources. We take all complaints seriously and aim to address them promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint about any of our editorial content, please follow the process outlined below.
Submitting a Complaint
To submit a complaint, please send an email to [email protected]. Your email should include:
Your name and contact information (email address and phone number)
The date of the article in question
The title and author of the article
The specific details of your complaint, including the sections of the article that you believe are inaccurate, biased, or not based on reliable sources
Our Response
Once we receive your complaint, we will acknowledge receipt of it within 2 business days. We will then review your complaint and investigate the matter thoroughly. Depending on the nature of your complaint, we may consult with our editorial team, fact-checkers, or external sources.
We will respond to your complaint within 4 business days of acknowledging receipt of it. Our response will outline our findings and any actions we have taken or plan to take as a result of your complaint.
If we determine that the article in question contains errors or inaccuracies, we will issue a correction or clarification, as appropriate. We may also remove the article from our website if it contains serious errors or inaccuracies.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the Independent Press Standards Organisation (IPSO). IPSO is an independent body that regulates the UK’s newspaper and magazine industry. Their contact details are:
